I’m an “Apple-Berry” user myself, and am currently on a BlackBerry Bold 9790 and an Apple 4S. My first encounter with the Galaxy Note was a week before its official launch in Singapore, when I was give the opportunity to participate in an early release program in order to review it. I loved its much bigger display and slim form factor, and it is probably no surprise that it is now a common sight to see users whipping out their Galaxy Notes at the malls or on public transport these days.

Interestingly, many of my formerly staunch iPhone-using friends have switched over to the Galaxy Note, and I was sorely tempted to do so – since my number one use of my iPhone is as an e-reader. Perhaps I’ll check it out again now that Amazon has released an updated version of the Kindle Reader app for the Android platform.

In the meantime, do check out this hilarious video of two overzealous magazine Fact Checkers from the Fact Checkers Unit who stop at nothing to check the most absurd of celebrity facts. See if you can spot them using the Samsung Galaxy Note to help them along.

  1. I am the same apple-berry user like you. I have a BB 9900 and an iPhone4, waiting to upgrade to iPhone5 when it becomes available here. I did try Galaxy S2, screen is big, but just could not get to liking it.

Am a big Apple fan, you can see some of my posts at http://www.groovetech.ph. But I am not a BB fan, starting to feel really tired with it — too many glitches. Only good for email and BBM.
